Purchase of the above described merchandise, at the price above stated and receipt of copy of this invoice are hereby acknowledged. Furniture Expo shall not be liable for Delays caused by our suppliers accidents or other causes beyond our control. If this is a Revolving Charge purchase customer acknowledges that it is pursuant and subject to terms and conditions of the buyer's Revolving Charge agreement with seller. We reserve the right to repair or replace an merchandise found to be defective under manufacturers warranties. Also a fee of 25% will be charge for restocking from the original total invoice price. All sales final. Store credit within 7 days from date of purchase. All special orders and lay-a-ways require a min. 20% deposit. Lay-a-way pickup or delivery after 1-3 weeks when paid in full. No refunds on special orders or lay-a-ways. NO EXCEPTIONS!
